About us

Heathfield International School, Vientiane is a British independent day school about to enter its sixth year. Our aim is to nurture and inspire the whole child. The school is based on the ethos and academic approach of the new Oxford International Curriculum, which provides expert and research-based guidance on teaching and learning. It places a strong emphasis on the personal growth and wellbeing of our pupils.  We use enquiry and project-based learning approaches alongside directed instruction to ensure that children develop into knowledgeable, confident and responsible adults. With the problem-solving skills and resilience to take on life’s challenges, our pupils can become productive members of their communities and the greater global society.
