Events

We hold a number of special events every year.

Heathfield’s Got Talent

Each year, children may volunteer to enter the competition. Heats are held in different age groups with the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners going on to the final. See our blog for past competitions.

International day

Students have the opportunity to learn about different cultures before presenting their country at a booth. Children dress in the colours of the flag and make a tour of the celebrated countries in the playground. There is food to taste, music to listen to and performances to watch.

Christmas Show

We always celebrate the last day of term one and Christmas with a show.
Each class presents to parents before we all come together to sing a Christmas song.

A special guest is always in attendance. He is big, jolly and has a long, white beard.

End of Year Show/Spirit Week

Our last day of the school year ends with a show, showcasing what we have learned during the year. Alternatively, we hold a Spirit Week which is designed to bring a spark of joy and creativity to any school campus. For example, teachers and students dress up according to daily themes and then celebrate those themes in and outside the classroom.

Prize Giving Assembly

Lots of end-of-the-year awards to give out to our hard-working and consistently prepared pupils
