Teacher of KS4 and KS5: Biology & Combined Science (Oxford AQA)

We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher for Oxford AQA A-Level Biology and Combined Science. Our student body is comprised of bright, ambitious emerging learners who are navigating their education in English as a Second Language. We need a motivator who can bridge the gap between scientific complexity and linguistic confidence and provide the extra motivation and encouragement they need to soar. This role is designed for a high-performing educator who is either currently in Middle Leadership or an ambitious practitioner who sees Head of Science as their next career stepping stone.

The Role: Architect of Understanding

The Science Specialist:

You will deliver the Oxford AQA curriculum with a focus on scaffolding language, ensuring that EAL learners can master technical terminology and excel in their examinations.

You recognise that our students need extra encouragement. You will turn the learning experience into something "amazing" by making science accessible, visual, and highly engaging.
