Mr. Peter Dowling
Acting Headmaster of Heathfield International School, Vientiane
With over thirty years of experience in international education, Mr. Dowling brings a strong commitment to academic excellence, student wellbeing, and high-quality teaching. As former Curriculum Director, he has been instrumental in shaping and strengthening the school’s academic programmes, ensuring consistency, rigour, and progression across all key stages.
Having worked across Europe, Africa, South America, and the Middle East, he offers a truly global perspective on education. As he takes on the leadership of Heathfield International School, Mr. Dowling is focused on building on strong academic foundations, supporting teachers, and ensuring every student develops the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed.
